I have been involved in the Pro-Life movement since 1995 and currently hold the positions of Vice President of Maine Right to Life, and Director of 40 Days For Life of Augusta, Maine. I look forward to helping Mainers being better informed on Respect Life issues.

Without specifying that the "sanctity of life" includes opposition to abortion in the instances of rape, incest, and the health and life of the mother, then the phrase is practically meaningless. Maine Right to Life would agree with me on this, I believe.
And while it is clear as to what marriage is (despite Maine GOP legislators continually voting for homosexual marriage), it is silent on homosexual special rights, homosexual domestic partnerships, and homosexual civil unions. That may be fine for some so-called Christians, but it ain't for me.
